    EFT Tapping Session

    EFT, also known as “tapping,” is a gentle yet powerful way to support your emotional wellbeing and calm your nervous system. It combines acupressure with mindful awareness by tapping on specific points on the body while tuning into what you’re experiencing—such as stress, anxiety, past events, or physical discomfort. This process helps release emotional “blocks,” allowing your system to settle and regulate. Many people begin to feel calmer, lighter, and more at ease within minutes.
